Election Notices

Candidate Forms and Filings

Pulaski County residents who intend to run for county offices or school board file their candidacy with the County Clerk’s Office. City municipal races for mayor, city council, or other elected city positions also file with the County Clerk’s Office, except for the City of Little Rock. Those candidates file with the Little Rock City Clerk.

Campaign Filings

Arkansas’s campaign finance and public disclosure laws require public office candidates to file disclosure documents relating to their campaigns and personal financial interests.  For questions, please call 501-340-8500.

Election Commission

The Pulaski County Election Commission is an independent, bi-partisan government entity operating under state and federal election laws to promote accurate, efficient, accessible, and secure elections for the citizens of Pulaski County. The Commission manages the selection and administration of polling places, supervises poll workers, and counts ballots.
